Friday 12 June

Just finished running up 60floors lol, thought of jogging after that, but the injuries of my leg is getting ahead of me, I cant push beyond my limit, if not later worsen or deteriorate, haha.



First week of holiday ending soon -.-"

Whole body aching like hell man, injured my leg, sad.


Tuesday - 2.4km
Wednesday - 3hrs soccer
Thursday - 3hrs badminton and 2hrs soccer
Friday - 60floors

Im gonna slim down :D
But it seem like there isn't much effect, still fat.

Tuesday have to go down NUS to attend COM graduation, most properly will not be going as the traveling time is damn far.
